Inquiry regarding Turkey eVISA

I have been trying to apply for a Turkey e-visa from the UK. In the application supporting documents it is asking for the visa or BRP and its details. BRP is no more valid from 30/12/2024 onward and I do not know about the UK visa number. What should I submit in this section? Can I submit share code number and in that case what would be the expiry date of the supporting document?

I am a Cameroonian national studying at the University of Algarve and a PhD student in a EU-Funded research project called FunTomP. I have to participate in the project meeting in Ankara from the 22nd to the 26th of April. Since I hold a Portuguese residence title, I have previously obtained an e-visa in 2022 to attend a meeting in Izmir, but I am unable to proceed with the e-visa application now. Please I would like to have detailed information about the current visa application process.

Hi my mother is traveling to USA from Kathmandu Nepal via Turkey. She has 13hrs transit in Istanbul and would like to tour the city while she is there. I would like to apply for for her eVisa but I'm not sure what should I provide in the 'Type of Supporting Document' section. She has Nepali passport and valid US visa for next 5 years.

Business trip to Ireland- in upcoming weeks for business meetings.

Hope my email finds you well.

Please be kindly advised that our company’s CEO and Deputy CEO are scheduled to travel to Ireland in upcoming weeks for business meetings. The visa processing center acting on behalf of your Embassy/Consular Section in Baku, kindly advised that it may take a period of one to three months and even up to six months to process the visa after all the required documents are duly submitted. We certainly understand that there is a requirement to have the applicants’ passports kept by processing center while the documents are under review. However given the tight schedule of our company’s executives and considering the utmost importance of the business trips to Ireland for our company’s business, we would really appreciate if you could consider the following options to support our case:

First, the applicants submit their documents including the passports in visa processing center in Baku, Azerbaijan and subject to successful submission process they receive their passports back so their ongoing travel plans are efficiently met. Therefore your assistance in prompt processing of their visa requests would be much appreciated following which the applicants will be able to make their passports available for the visa stamp.
Secondly, the applicants can attend the in-person interview in Consular Section in Turkey. We would be grateful if this option while enabling to shorten the processing time, could also include the possibility to make the submission and then let the applicants withdraw their passports right after the submission process is completed and bring their passports back to Consular Section for visa stamp after your kind visa issue confirmation.

Travelling to Turkey using UK BRP(which says expired after 31st December 2024)

My UK BRP is actually expiring in 2026 but now it can only be proved using a share code as all physical cards have been expired on 31st Dec 2024. The embassy said that I can successfully get a Turkey e using the share code but they said to check with the airport and airlines if they will accept the same. Does anyone know if they do?

Assistance with completing a travel visa

I will be traveling from Dakar Senegal to Medellin Colombia to meet my fiancé for holiday. I have booked all flights but they require a day layover in Istanbul in route to Medellin Colombia. I fly to Istanbul on June 15th but my flight to Medellin leaves on June 16th. I will spend almost 30 days in Medellin Colombia and return to Istanbul on July 13th and my Turkish airlines flight leaves on July 14th. How do I capture the dates so as it does not appear that I am staying in Turkey for 30 days but rather two days. The day of flight to Medellin and the return flight to Istanbul to Dakar.

UK e visa permitted for Indian passport holder

I am planning to visit Turkey but since Jan 2025 UK government change the BRP to E-Visa and when I am applying for turkey visa they are asking for supporting documents with expiry date, but there are no supporting document number available in UK e-Visa portal, so can you tell me which document I should give them as a supporting documents? Should I use my Share code as a supporting document number?

Turkish eVISA for Indian passport holders on UK ILR (eVISA)

Need advise on applying Turkish eVISA as the guidance document states they do not accept eVISA as supporting document. Now that UK only has eVISAs (BRP expired), is UK eVISA share code being accepted for Turkish eVISA ?
