Payment wont process

Hi,
I have applied twice for a eVisa for Turkey but nothing has come through and the payment page states there is an error but wont say what that error is. How can I process a eVisa as flying out of Australia from the 22nd of Sept.

Indian passport with UK BRP (exp 31 Dec 2024) & UK EVisa (25 Apr 2025)

Hi,
I am an Indian passport holder living in the UK and looking to travel to Turkey starting 18 Sept. Since UK is moving away from BRPs, I have a BRP until 31 Dec 2024 but my actual immigration status allows me to stay until 25 Apr 2025, as can be seen with a sharecode provided by UK Visa & Immigration. Should I be using my BRP to apply for eVisa to Turkey?
